Bedlam and Mayhem

Hi

are these (both for Saturn) unreleased games the same?
Because they look so similar...

 

No idea. Screen shots would help. Actually, come to think of it I do recall the name Bedlam as a Saturn game but never heard of Mayhem.

 

Same as Yakumo, only read about Bedlam but not Mayhem.

Although the name Mayhem tells me something ...

 

This looks a lot like Syndicate Wars, they even mixed a screenshot of it on the first link.
Mayhem reminds me of another game on the PC called Magic and Mayhem

 

I think they were different. I'd have to check.

 

If found the Mayhem game in EGM and the german Maniac magazine:

 

They mixed the screenshot intentionally, because in this box they speak about both games...

 

Indeed, I didn't notice it. Perhaps I should let myself wake up first before browsing the net first thing in the morning

 

If I had to guess I would say it's same game, just in different development phase.
The publisher is even the same.
Bedlam was released on PS1 by Mirage.
