    Very nice interview! Doesn't add much to the mythos, but Bernie was I think unfairly blamed for the DC's demise. And to blame him for killing the Saturn is of course hilarious. It was dead already.

    Bernie is controversial as there were so many failures during his tenure.

    Interesting he was basically arguing for Sega to make the Xbox (modem, hard disk, DVD).

    Sega Japan was ignoring anything Sega USA said at that point. Then they did it all (modem, etc) as the Dreamcast.

    If they had gone with 3dfx and GLIDE they might still be in the console business.
