I ordered some from Focus Attack (http://www.focusattack.com) and they seem to be pretty good with a nice selection of parts. I ordered some Sanwa buttons and a balltop for my AES stick and they shipped it all out pretty fast.

The shipping is killing the deal with those sites. I'm about to get some sanwa reproductions here in Brazil. I hope they are as good as those you showed me.

 

I buy my parts direct from Sanwa via their Rakuten store. Rakuten have an English set up page too. Buttons are only 199 yen each!
