RC de Go! is pretty cool, it's not the standart Racer though, you should probably look for some screens to see what I mean

EDITED: As for imports, shutokuo battle is avaiable in the west as Tokyo Xtreme Racer and Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. Kaido Battle was released as Tokyo Extreme Racer DRIFT.
Forgot to add this one - Midway Arcade Treasures 3 (pack with San Francisco Rush - The Rock: Alcatraz Edition, San Francisco Rush 2049, Hydro Thunder, Badlands, Off Road Thunder: Mud, Sweat 'N Gears, Super Off Road (and its Bonus Tracks Pack), Race Drivin', and S.T.U.N. Runner.) San Francisco Rush 2049! Too bad i can't find it anywhere.
Initial D Special Stage and Sega Rally 2005 are definitely worth importing, though some may only bother with the latter due to the fact it comes with a near pixel-perfect conversion of the original Sega Rally. Also, notice how both titles are the work of Sega? ...and I still haven't mentioned OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast yet!
