Yes, if you're familiar with North American plumbing terminology. However I can see that Christer-swe is in Sweden. This is called a 'snake': You can use the word as a verb to say 'go snake that drain'. Basically its an augur that helps clear clogs out by rotating the bit on the end and forcing it down the drain. The double entendre comes about because of that being a snake and one's junk being commonly called a snake (at least that is my interpretation here). Ruined the joke but that should clear things up. Does make me curious why they don't want that drain snaked. Maybe there is a kitten stuck inside?
I still don't get it. Is the joke that people don't know what a plumbing snake is(simpletons) and assumed that they were referring to the animal or Mario Kart DS?
It's obviously an F-Zero GX reference, the drain is one of the tube courses, and they don't want you abusing the physics.
