Region adaptor with support for chip enhanced titles (DSPs, SFX, even Cx4)... I think it just need the 2 extra pinsets. But I don't know what is it called.

There was an orange colored one that did the job, but I cant remember the name (it was ages ago though, so it may be discontinued)

    What about modding your Snes?

    Action Replay Pro 3.

Since they are rare, Action Replay 2 is excellent also. Get the Datel one.

It works on many imports that check region via codes (just like cheats). ARP3 was supposedly one of the few that would work with the DK Country games.

I have the SNES Action Replay MK3. It does run Chip games like Doom, StarFox, even Mega Man X2. I don't have a SA-1 game to test with, but it should work.

They are hard to find though. You'll have better luck finding one somewhere in europe than I did trying to find one in the US. Still I did manage to find one.
