Was reading an article related to some old PS1 cracking methods today, a few hops later I was using the Wayback Machine to check out an old release group forum and had quite a chuckle at this. For further clarification - it seems that the guy used his real first and last name as his username. Now here's the real question: $350 for a chipped PS2 back in January of 2001 a good deal?
he should have also stated where he leaves his spare key, just in case they wanna come in for a light snack and decided on the deal
On the forum they were joking around about handing his information over to Sony, I showed my friend this and he said something like "I bet that's Sony." Was Sony contacted in regards to this gentleman selling a modded PS2? Was Sony tricking us all and posing as a console salesman on a cracking forum or mine users' information? DOES ED EVER FIGURE OUT WHY HIS FEET SMELL IF THEY DON'T HAVE NOSES?! Alright, no idea where I was going with that.
