I just got word that there is flooding at the storage from a giant storm
    we're in.

I have to try to move my stored collection and acclaim items in the rain
    from a flooding building.

    Wish me luck.

    Eep!

I wish you the greatest of luck in salvaging, and hopefully you'll have enough dry space.

Most of the roads are flooded around here. I've managed to keep the house flood-free so far *knock on wood* but there are rumours that the governer will declare a 'state of emergency'.

Hope you have a decent pickup or something Assembler!

North East got fucked in that storm! Power outages in parts of NY state. NJ is declaring state of emergency (over reacting), and towns along the coast of long island are flooded. Oh well, the east coast needed the rain. We need all the rain we can get since our water table is shrinking.

Water was some three inches deep, had to find pieces of wood to put under the pallets and dollies, more a lot of stuff. The cardboard on top of the plastic bins. I just finished now... heading in to sleep.

I had some help, unfortunately it looks like I lost some stuff unless it works when it dries out. Nothing special though, just some normal ps2 units I had
been trying to fix the lasers on.

    that's a relief.

Consider this: most electronic appliances can put up with 80-99% moisture when not functioning - this means that if salts and other chemical materials haven't shorted anything on the board, or rusted/chemically altered anything, it should work fine.
