That is a fake image from years back, and this is a joke thread. The only build of 1.5 in public domain is the Magic Zombie Door build, you can find somewhere on these forums or by searching around on Google. If you want more playability you can look up patches by Dark Biohazard or Martin Biohazard.

I've created that image a few years ago and put it on my old website, so yes, it is fake.
The XA Playtest option is only in the (unreleased) 80% build of BH1.5, the leaked build is an earlier build in which the debug menu is missing several features.

 

Oh was that image yours? I was wondering where it originally came from.
