    -----RESOLVEEEEEE !!!!!----- see below

    Hi Friends,
    I have a Sega Megadrive Jap version + Sega Mega CD2 Japan version, I want to load the US and Pal Cd Games, I have try to load different CD bios into the Everdrive MD.... but not work!!!!

    Help? :)

    probably you have some old everdrive

    need firmware v12 or more new for bios loading

    Can I upgrade the firmware in V12?

    You'd need a byteblaster and altera Quartus II, and an appropriate header. Basically you put the header in the pcb, connect it to the byteblaster and then flash the firmware through Quartus II. I think KRIKzz has step-by-step directions on his website.

    Hello Friends,
    problem solved .... :)

    below I'll show you the steps I did to the once update firmware for my everdrive Megadrive ...

    as evidenced by krikzz, I need the pin for the JTAG, then I came an idea to separate the pins from the plastic so that they can easily remove later.

    I bought a USB-Blaster
    I downloaded the program Quartus II Web Edition and the game is done,
    simple :) ....

    I put the bios on the universal SD and now it works!

    I'm delighted, although I have to get the code for my Doctor V64jr ... uff ... :-(
