Um, can you post some pictures? Also, it isn't mint if you've played it, at least not in my eyes. If it isn't sealed, it's not mint. So, you're just selling a used game with a fancy name Anyways, good luck, I may check back later.

 

If it was sealed it would say sealed, mint means like new but used. Check any site that sells anything and you'll see thats how thing's are always described.

it is as new, I've opened the box, installed the game to hard drive, finished it and put it back in the box, manual wasn't even opened.
