Got Bioshock Special Edition today.....quite impressive package...well presented, good job........

LP, CD (which looks like a record), hardback book, poster, even the box has art deco style velvet lining.

Played the game a bit and feels good....

I've got an aussie PS3 game and it plays fine in my japanese PS3......

I thought that single player was fine, but multiplayer was a huge letdown

I went online and no one was there...:-(

Wonder if I'm in the Oz or Japanese servers?!

I played all the way through the first one and yet I found it very boring. I wasn't entranced by the story as so many people were - it didn't suck me into the world of the game like Half-Life, for example, did.

IGN said the graphics of the first one were better. True or false?

I can't tell a difference...no worse of less.....original had damn good atmos and graphics anyway........if anything it feels a bit 'obvious' in game play......perhaps I'm conditioned to it...

Not played enough thru to be objective tho.....

For a bioshock fan it's more like another set of levels than anything revolutionary, but I'm perhaps being unfair to say until I've played all the way through.

Don't regret buying it in the least tho....brilliant production and it feeds the addiction I have to Bioshock.

I've got the PC game and the servers still seem pretty empty so far. As far as the graphics Bioshock 2 has less bloom than the first one (on PC at least) and I'm running it on all high, regardless so far it's a great game and I'm enjoying it
