Bitgamer is down o_O

Maybe not the most allowed site here but sure a great community, active since 2006.

I cant belive its down, finally.

Is there any new law in US (even it domain was hosted in SWE) about downloads? Coz its quite rare ...

I doubt the point 2 is true ... i bet there is a lot of trushty people that can manage the database in another domain and another server.

There are a lot of people in UG interesed in keeping up the project.

 

I fear this type of problem with this forum. Many forums I've called a "2nd home" have been shut down. Although I never really knew about Bitgamer at all.

 

What was Bitgamer? Was it a site full of ROM's and hence the shut down?

Hexigon was talking about second homes, bG was definitely one of mine. Really sad it's shut down now.

 

So what was the difference between BitGamer and Underground Gamer?

 

UG is for old stuff whereas BG was for new stuff
