My real passion is 3DO (and one day I'll get it all together and post some pics), but I do collect for other systems as well. Below are pictures of some of my NES collection. I wanted to post some pictures of some of my early/first generation NES games and hardware. Everything pictured below is factory sealed / never opened / never used. There are two M9 display's with their factory boxes complete with all inserts, etc. There is an M8 system. (This is the only item not factory new, but it is in pristine condition and fully functional). Two NES Deluxe systems never used / factory sealed. ROB accessory never used / factory sealed. Nintendo Repair Manual and an Official Nintendo Player's Guide. And finally, an assortment of first generation black box NES games all factory sealed.
Incredibly beautyful!! Never interesed in nintendo machines but this is very nice. :love2:
Great collection, really unique item these boxed M9's. I can imagine it to be really really tough to get one in such prestine condition nowadays.
Thanks guys. There are still a lot of things I want to get to fill in the holes for this part of my collection. Unfortunately, I spend all of my time on 3DO/M2 collecting so I may never get this part of my collection where I want it :icon_bigg .
Wow, that stuff brings back the memories for me. I remember playing the heck out of those multi-game units in K-Mart back in the day. And all the drooling I did looking behind counters at all those black box games. Very cool stuff.
Hmmm... I do love 3DO protos  And Unreleased: Which ones do you have Assembler? I'm always looking for 3DO protos.
All my protos are hardware, not software. It's just protos of the controllers, flight stick and the unit itself. I got most of it off an AT&T engineer.
Hey Assembler, do your hardware 3DO protos look like their retail equivalents, or do they have differences in appearance?
