Before getting into this I just want to say, please don't post that same low quality shot of the blue M2 that can be found on google in a matter of seconds (you know the one I'm talking about). We've all seen it already, and that's not what I'm looking for :110: Now, on with my post! I recall a while back in one of our many M2 threads ASSEMbler mentioning something about posting pics of a Blue M2 unit that he has, and well, I either missed the thread or he never got around to it (which is totally understandable on both accounts). So, I was just wondering if anyone else has any high quality shots of the Blue M2? If so, I'd be forever grateful if you could post them. Thanks, AWS
Yeh. THe blue ones were just mockups that really didnt have any hardware. Of course, that is an unconfirmed speculation. I don't think Assembler mentioned he had a blue unit, only the white one, but then again I could be wrong on this. What you should be concentrating on is the black unit that has all the hardware in it ;-).
There is a post somewhere here of assembler mentioning he has a blue one (can't find it at the moment). I'd be interested in seeing pics too.
Yeah, I know about the different units and which ones are which and all that good stuff... but the Blue M2 looks so darn good  I was just hoping someone had a good, high quality pic of one, since there really isn't one in circulation... Basically, I'm just looking for eye candy :110:
i so would like to see the final packaging for the unit. The box and the lettering and such. I would love to see the games they have pictured on the back of the box. I wonder what panasonic is thinking about their big blunder. I wonder if they even know people like us are after the system that could of been.
I'd imagine the whole time it was mostly just talk. Panasonic was probably eager to get into the game buisness and use the technology they invested in from 3do. But based on some interviews I read, it doesnt seem like the m2 was really a priority for panasonic at the time.
