Hello I recently bought a blue/white n64. I thought it was Japanese but it has European labels and plays European games. Isn't the blue/white Japanese only? Thanks
No it's pretty common in Europe as it was sold bundled with a free Super Mario 64. It's the most beautiful N64 in my opinion but it's so hard to get one where the white bottom is not slightly yellowed and the top not scratched as it scratches so easily.
I wouldn't call it common, but it's not terribly hard to get either. In descending order of availability: charcoal, pikachu, single color variants, dual color variants (that's it, I don't think we ever got any gold/silver models) - but we're still talking oodles of consoles sold in any case, not a limited edition. (And watermelon red/white > everything else )
Hey thanks for your replys Now I finally know something about it Has anyone a clue about the Gamebuster "Gameshark"?
Funtastic colour consoles are a bit different. Updated video GPU and they won't work on a CD64 or V64 for example.
Thats strange, I had the exact same Blue/White funtastic unit & mine worked with the Bung V64 perfectly fine. Wish I'd never gotten rid of it, it looks the business!
