blurry horizontal lines on pal saturn at startup....possible fix?

Hi everyone,

I got these 2 pal saturns that have the same problem, when I power them up I got these blurry lines that goes up and down in the screen, slowly and regularly.

Is not so annoying and maybe you can't see them at first sight, anyway after 15 minutes playing or so this blurryness vanish and image is solid.

No problems of this kind with a jap and a us saturn.

I googled around but cant find any solution, I think is related to caps in psu but I'm not a technician or a good theoryst to know how to fix it

they are both ad69, they got a 5 pin psu

damn....ye you right about the upper version....I usually play only on crt but also there is visible... these are very shitty version.....

169xx versions have not this problems?

Could I know in advance which pal models are the best?

ok, so I have to avoid these 69ers??

Which pal version doesn't have this horrible problem and can I distinguish from the others?

pal models 1 with oval buttons are ok?
