I think I may do a chapter or two so people can see what the book will be like, then it will be a matter of subscriptions. On paper it's harder to rip-off but more expensive to produce, but if say 100 people all pay $5 to reserve a copy, I can go ahead and have it printed.

Of course, you also get a signed copy:icon_bigg

I would definately be interested in a book like this. If you want to reduce the costs involved in printing the book you could always use an on-demand publisher. There seems to be a million of them now and the customer could choose if they want paperback, hardback, spiral bound, ebook, etc. The cost would be higher, but less risk for you to take.

The project that I want to make as the final work for the degree is about the hardware used for multimedia applications and this includes videogames.

Things like graphical processors and sound processors, how to program them, design them and what are the basic design of them, all them in a very large work including the implementation of 3D games and several graphical effects.

I will have this finished in 2 years and for now is nothing more than an high amount of math inside of them, in special Calculus.

If I can help then it would be an honor for me.

Even though I can't program I love reading stuff like this, i'd definitely pick up a copy.

Check out Lulu.com pretty decent on demand publisher.
