Booting CE Loader from SD card

I'll cut down on the borderline boardspam after this but, i'm trying to get a working sdiso of the windows ce loader from files. But i can't seem to get it to boot. WinCE doesn't supported by DreamShell RC3 and lower, only unreleased RC4 can boot it.
