Booting PSBBN from DTL-T10000/H

Hi,

Is there any possybility to boot the PSBBN/OSD from a PS2 tool DTL-T10000/H having the pcmcia card+ sony HDD? if so is it possible to provide me the steps on how to proceed? (basically like on a PS2 and then launch stuffs from here).

i'm not sure, but you can atleast use the "decrypted hddosd" on the tool.
maybe a decrypted osdboot.elf(psbbn launcher) will do it too.

Maybe better try to check this tut and try to install something more simpler (for example minidump with ule). If it can be launched that means that all other similar stuff can be launched (like HDD OSD or PS2BBN). If you are fully sure that such things can be launched you can download for example my custom dump from theisozone (keywords theisozone.com PSBBN custom install 2013).

All you need is a "Elfified" MBR. (an MBR that has been MG decrypted, unpacked and has an added elf header)

Edit: Oh I forgot you need full MAGIC GATE support to be able to run it this way. My bad, PS2 TOOLs can't decrypt KELF and KIRX files. :very_drunk:
