BootRom/BIOS chips from broken consoles (see inside for specifics...)

Okay, I need to get proactive again in finding currently undumped bootroms. If anyone can help me I need the bootroms from the following systems (this list will grow as I find more stuff that I need):

HiSaturn v1.02
HiSaturn Navi v1.03
VSaturn v1.00
SamSung Saturn (any version)
Aiwa CSD-GM1 Mega CD v2.11
Linguaphone Education Gear v2.21
MultiMega (Japanese) v2.21
Victor Wondermega 1 (Yes, the Victor one, not the Sega branded one) v1.00(I assume)
Anything else for Sega CD with a v2.11
Perhaps a divers dreamcast dump. (Any devkit bios besides HKT-0120 for dreamcast)
Cross Products Mega CD units.

Again, this list will grow. Nonetheless, if you have any of these broken and you aren't doing anything with them, could you desolder the chip and negotiate a price with me or find some way to get me the chip undamaged so I can dump it at a later date (as well as take down the chip's model or production number) Thanks to anyone who can help me with this! (Note: I won't be available to actually make purchases until Friday, but still, I'd love some offers)

Any SMS bootroms that were previously undumped (and honestly, I do need part numbers from just about every bios chip, so really, if you have them, doesn't matter of they're dumped or not, get with me alright ;D)
