Looked up a youtube video since I had never heard of this game before. This game looks amazing! I always felt the virtual boy had some potential, but it's negatives were greater than it's pluses to most people.

Spotted this in that thread Can't help but hear that "wah wah wah" trombone. You bought it with the intention of keeping it to yourself, but it made its way out and now everyone can enjoy it. It sucks that your investment just vanished, but don't come running to the rest of us for sympathy. (I do feel sorry for him that it was a fake EEPROM board, though, that's just bad luck.)
I barely feel sorry for him considering his dick attitude before finding out his was a fake. People pay lots for tons of stuff out there that's already dumped. And of course dumping stuff helps preserve it for future generations. I can't believe how selfish he comes off. Sure it may be an investment, but if someone else happens to get it and happens to dump it, they have no right to complain. It was that persons investment as well afterall. Guess he'll have to live with that attitude of his. For THAT, I feel sorry.
