Brand new Jap 60GB PS3 for sale

I am selling a brand new Japanese PS3 for 565 pounds including postage and Ridge Racer 7.
It was purchased yesterday and is from Sony's second batch of units.
Please see photos attached. I didnt have a newspaper today, so I printed out the front page of BBC website instead!

Sorry I forgot to say. Although I am an English guy, I am based in Japan, but will ship the unit anywhere using a reputable delivery company where the shipment is trackable. Like FedEx or UPS etc.

Just wanted to say, good luck with selling that, since all of your three posts are in the Marketplace forum and you have no prior feedback from anyone here.

 

Im gonna give him the benefit of the doubt on participating on the forum. He did have pictures that did follow the rules however when the post got deleted so did they. He will repost them soon.

Ill leave one of the other mods to make up thier minds if this stays or not.

Sorry guys I was honestly unaware of the rules. In fact my friend who introduced my to this board gave me the impression that it was just for selling goods! Because he sent me the link straight to the marketplace!

I got a couple more units today.

I was in Houston at the week-end and EB games and Gamestop had loads of 20 & 60 models for sale.......so not as much of a mad panic for them as everyone thought.

Could be soon you could pick up a NTSC version for cheaper than a PAL one as people wanting to shift those they have invested in.

I also could not beleive the size of it having seen one in a pod

I was looking at my son`s Wii boz on my desk at work today and it is almost the
same dimensions as the PS3......apart from the curves.......does anyone agree??

 

lets take a tally on the new game system and look at best bet to buy

Wii - sold out and increasing on ebay. can not find one used. Probley will persist after Christmas. Lower cost system that is allot of fun

xbox 360 - gaining sales due to all promotions and number of games out. relative cost for Higher end graphics

PS3 - decreasing cost on ebay, If you are persistant you can find one at or below cost on ebay. Used already showing up in japan. these can be found in stores. Should be easy to find after christmas if not before. Doesn't this remind you of the 3DO system of years ago.

 

PS3`s a plenty in the US stores I looked at over the week-end

let's hope so.

getting some new blood in the lead isn't bad at all for the market.

But knowing the playstation brand, and its massive developer support, it should pull through eventually.

That said, hats off to microsoft for being able to establish itself in such a way just in two generations. Then again, they have yet to make profit from the XBOX projects, so only could MS pull such a trick.
