"The peace and tranquility underwater, and his love, would calm me down," http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3191923,00.html "I'm the happiest girl on earth," the bride said as she chocked back tears of emotion. "I made a dream come true, and I am not a pervert," she stressed. Any comments?
God, I can imagine her house now. Those tacky, glittery new-age hippy portraits of dolphins fucking EVERYWHERE, along with a few pictures of native Americans and wolves. Racks upon racks of dolphin song CDs. Ugh.
It's 'odd' in a way, but people marrying animals can legally happen in Holland , as long as the human partner doesn't 'abuse' the animal in a harmful way - although I think they re looking into banning cross-species marriages.
I'm pretty open minded, if she wants to think she's in a relationship with a dolphin then that's fine by me, as long as she's treating it ok. I suppose if she wants to call it "marriage" then who am I to tell her not to? As far as I'm concerned, though, she's lost the plot.
come to think of it, the 613 Mizvat don't allow human-animal sexual relations, so orthodoxically, she can't be considered a Jew anymore
I thought this had something to do with Gamecube dev when I saw the title. Now THAT would be an interesting story.
Didn't that already happen a year or two back? Or do native Brits just have some strange fascination with animals? -hl718
It's true. Jewish women over 35 years old pretty much marry anything. Anything to stop their jewish mom from giving her bad-guilt for not settling down.
I ain't saying she a shoal digger, but she ain't swimming with no broke flippers! (I know the correct term is pod!)
LOL - I am with you on that one! This is probably a spoof reaction to another online story that's doing the rounds about an Indian guy who was caught getting friendly with a goat. The goats owner & village elders decided that the guy had to do the decent thing and marry the animal. I first read that story in Private Eye a while back and since then I've seen / heard it a few times online, radio and TV. I'm sure it's another urban myth.
