What country are you in? Besides having a cartridge built there are "backup devices" and the Super Flash cartridge.

Tototek.com sells the only commercial SNES flash cart the SuperFlash 64Mbits. It is a very good product from what I've heard. I don't have one myself as I have a "backup device". The SuperFlash costs around 100USD. But the advantage if you buy it would be that you could also use it to play other games such as Secret of Mana 2 in english.

Being in the UK that presents another issue though. Do you have a PAL SNES that runs at 50hz? Or do you have a switch to run at 60hz? Or do you have a NTSC SNES?

If you have a PAL SNES, for the SuperFlah you'll have to install your own CIC lockout chip into the cartridge or buy the T-Connector from them as well so you can plug in a PAL cartridge for its CIC lockout chip.

If you have a NTSC system you just buy the NTSC CIC with the cartridge and they will install it into your cart for you.

Though another concern is to program the cartridge you need a Parallel port on your PC (25pin) and sometimes that can be a hassle.

How hard would be to replicate the BS Satella view firmware cartridge memory map with standard logic chips ? Is there any documentation on that memory map ? I would like to try to make some of these games run on my Super Famicom if I had information about the BS Satella View system cartridge.
