BS-ZELDA saving Crashes?

    I use this rom BS-Zelda MottZilla Patch (v0.95) (Eng) on a real cart. The game works and it seems to save but when i press upp and L+R the screen goes crazy and the game crashes.Im usin the non headered rom with an SHVC-1J3B-01 pcb.
    Anyone?
