So far I have the camera and lights, green screen background, microphone.

    Am I forgetting anything?

Don't see anymore stuff needed, except maybe a good sound attenuation system on your walls, to avoid the reverb effect that many Youtubers have in their videos. Tissues on your walls or a room full of stuffs can avoid this effect, but a good microphone can also help a lot.

Except this, I think that you are ready to go ;)

Thick Tissues on your walls, like old blankets, can be a good option.

Another option which has awesome results is to use eggs boxes. I don't know if eggs package are the same in US but here, we have such package (see below) :

It may sounds weird but these boxes has a perfect way to deal with sound reverb, due to their particular shape (especially the package on the second picture). If you can get enought of them to fill your walls, then it will be a very cheap and very good option. You can hide them behind your green screen.

All these solutions are bad choices for Music recording, but they will be useful for just a standard speaking voice recording. They are off course not very usefull for any other recording, as you can see below

you don't want a flat room, having a little room noise even reverb makes the video much more natural, however it depends on the content

Rehearse everything. Few things are more irritating than excessive repetition, tongue clicking, heavy breathing, stammering and frequent pauses with "umm". Gratuitous T&A and maybe a black leather couch wouldn't hurt.

Pop filter, definitely. Maybe a light diffuser or a lightbox, if you intend to shoot items close up.

And a non-item: Proper intro music. Or none at all. Some of the stuff you had before sounded very abrasive.

Isn't that exactly what all those ASMR videos are all about? Who even watches those?

For audio you could always turn a closet into a very small sound studio for way cheaper than a whole room and do the audio recording separately from the video.

A pop filter is a must have but don't but stupidly expensive crap. You can get a perfectly fine pop filter for 15 dollars. Heck, you can even make one using a pair of tights over a metal loop.
