Bully: Scholarship edition prototypes dumped?

There was info on three different prototype builds of Bully: Scholarship Edition for the Wii circulating around a while back, and those were apparently dumped and released for the public, but I myself haven't been able to find these dumps. Has anyone here perhaps archived them?

What news and what about Rockstar?

 

From what I've read, they had people raided and had stuff taken down. I'm sure more people here have the whole story.

 

Any sources for that raiding rumor? I can't find any more info for it anywhere.

 

Taking down stuff isn't anything new to Rockstar. It's a shame if the prototypes are now down for good though.

I think you're referring to the 3 beta builds I have.
I can't legally release them, but I have uploaded footage of them in the past.

If you want to learn more about the beta builds then I'd recommend checking out my Bully Beta videos. Several other people on YouTube have also done a pretty good job at documenting the removed/changed beta content in BULLY (DeadPoolXYZ and SimonBestia mainly).

 

Nobody can legally release any prototypes.
Did rockstar contact you personally to bar the release of the builds?

 

Can you legally resell them to someone with the cash for it?

 

Rockstar has not contacted me, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did. They're a bit displeased with people showing their games in unfinished states. I doubt they'll care too much though. Both Scholarship Edition and the original PS2 game were released 10+ years ago, so it's not like I'm affecting the game's sales.

I'm not sure what the laws surrounding that are.
I have no intention on selling any of these builds. They're all stored on an RVT-H console I was stupid enough to brick. Thankfully, with the help of a Bully-MP developer, we managed to transfer the builds over to my PC.

Playing them on the Dolphin emulator is definitely the way to go. The RVT-H is still bricked, but the hard drive seems to be fine.
If I were to sell the builds then I would have to either sell the console they were all originally stored on or put the builds on a CD or flash drive and sell them that way. If I recall correctly, putting games on discs/flash drives and selling them is against the AssemblerGames TOS.
- It wouldn't surprise me if it's illegal as well. I guess it could count as a form of piracy if I were to actually do that.

I'm more than happy to answer any questions you might have about the Beta builds. I just don't want to piss off Rockstar or Assembler.
Videos are still being made about the changed/removed content, so it's not like they're not being put to good use. My intent since I bought them was to research and document them as I am a really big Bully fan.
