I bought a dreamcast that wasn't spinning the drive at all and found that the BA5986 is burnt, I believe this drives the motor (or is the laser tracking motor)?

Does anyone know what else to look for when I replace this? Seized drive or something cause it or would it take more than that (12v short or something).

    It's disc spin motor driver.
If its burnt, it mean disc spin motor is broken too.
