On a related note, I've heard that there have been a few cases accusing Bush and company for war crimes being filed in Germany. According to intenational law, you can try anyone in any country over such human rights abuses, so they can try Bush, Rumsfield, etc. in abstentia. Too bad it won't mean much, but I suppose it's symbolic.

I think, in my opinion, it's fake. Go to the actual CNN website and go to "World" on the left column. It will take you to the real world page, which has nothing on it. Also, you could try searching the search engine, which comes up with no results.
