after just losing all my super metroid data i got to thinking. someone could get a few gamebits a bulk amount of batteries and start up a game cartridge battery backup service. set up a website or do it off ebay. i dont really have to capacity or time for something like that but its a pretty good idea i think. or does something like this already exist? :smt033
Would they supply the battery and a tuturial on how to replace it? Or would the cart/system be sent in and the battery put in by someone who knows what they are doing?
I could do that and even backup/write the game's SRAM (so you could play your save in emulators or play your emulator save on your system), what will people pay?
yah i just thought of it while :smt033 so forgot some thoughts. but yah, you could run a whole old cart reconditioning service, receive bulk carts and stuff
Thinking while you are stoned or have woken up a few seconds ago is not good. Yesterday when I woke up I was convinced that I could make a gameboy player on saturn. :smt017
