I'll be going back to Osaka end of May and I really wanna watch a baseball (big baseball fan but I've never been to one ) I wanna visit a Hansin Tigers game but I don't know what the best way is to buy tickets. I want good seats preferably 外野席 (outfield bleachers), I dont mind spending some money on it. The game I want to watch is early June but I think by the time I arrive in May all tickets at Lawson or so will be sold out. Is there a way to buy tickets online already? I know http://www.japanballtickets.com/ but they charge a 55$ fee.
If it's not Hanshin vs Yomiuri, you'll be fine buying your tickets at a Lawson's when you arrive. Last time I was in Osaka and wanted to go to Koshien, the game was sold out, but I still found tickets at one of those ticket stores... They're not overpriced and you should find what you need. There's one in Namba at the entrance of the arcade. If you have to go that way I could point on Google Maps where the store is.
Thank you! I've no experience buying baseball tickets. I only have experience buying soccer tickets in my country, and that's quite a hassle haha. The game is against Nippon-Ham Fighters
What geekimiki said is correct; unless you're trying to see Kyojin vs Hanshin, you can just buy from Lawson's at the Loppi machine. Kyojin vs Hanshin is pretty much the biggest game around, so you'd have to buy those in advance or purchase secondhand.
I think you should be fine... Anyway, using the Loppi machines at a Lawson's is quite a hassle if you're not fluent in Japanese. Usually the store clerks are kind enough to help, but be prepared Good luck!
I'm pretty decent at Japanese, but for that kind of stuff I just bring my girlfriend with me haha Thanks guys, the game I wanna see is Tigers vs Marines so it should be fine
