This looks like it enables the debug menu in the game. I always used to edit the file name in the game to get the debug menus. Iv never seen it in a dlc before. Or even thought of doing it that way. This is from the xbox 360 debug disc. The disc has lots of different files that retail does not (#debug exe files). The exe file could run on a pc ?
