Following mods have been done to my Dreamcast

Region Free Bios flashed with Dreamshell

    Silent Fan

    Blue LED

New Clock Battery with replaceable holder

IDE Reborn which is an ide board for the Dreamcast rather then wires it’s just a board you solder designed specifically for the Dreamcast it isn’t known to break the Dreamcast. Overall it’s a cheaper alternative to the GDEMU but more difficult to install.

I decided to go over my IDE Reborn mod as it wasn’t working properly so I redid my solder points and cleaned it with cleaning alcohol and then I put my DC back together and my Dreamcast turned on then off. Then I checked my reassembly and then tested it again and it turned on and my DC started smoking.

I quickly turned it off disassembled and check to see where the smoke was coming from or if anything was burned. Couldn’t find no burns or marks though there was drops of cleaning alcohol and flux leftover which I wiped off and then I reassembled this time and there was no audio and video. My DC no longer gets video and audio. Can this be fixed? What happened? I can send pictures of the DC. I also checked the screws which were in the right place.

I had a similar issue with my NES where i put my shielding back on while it was on. My NES created a shock then it would turn on and not show video just a white screen and would not play audio almost as if there wasn’t a game cart in there even though there was. So i had to get my PPU chip replaced. I think this has a similar issue as that.

Sounds like you shorted it out completely. I doubt it can be easily fixed. You must have crossed points with solder or something. With a quick solder board like that if you use too much solder it can leak below and contact other points.
