Fuck. Lost my buffer. According to the site, these were sold around the time the game was being imported. He thought it might've been intended for European markets, despite the different MD logo. He also supposes that it could've been considered for a Japanese releases. The writer states it took 3 years to find this copy. Probably decent chance it's not a boot.
To me it look slike one of the early ASIAN Mega Drive games. They had Japanese cratridges and covers with the Japanese MD logo but with English text. Failing that, in the early 90's UBISOFT were importing Telenet Japan titles to Europe with a pack in bridge converter. I'd never actually seen one myself but maybe this is one of them. I know they did say about doing Darius II which is also by Taito just like cadash but the deal fell through. Ones I know they brought over to Europe were Gaiares, Elviento and maybe Operation ???
