    he basically just goes on about how TFLO has been cancelled (and I'm assuming he's deleted that part of the page, if it was there before). He said he'd been considering reopening it, blah blah blah, then goes off on how Dragonquest VIII is coming out next month (this month I think).

    Why is it, that every japanese website has about a million question marks?
    Do I need a special Pc?

    If you got Win2k/XP you might already have the right stuff - you just need to set the encoding on your browser to "Japanese (Auto-Select)" or whatever you have like that.

    Yup. Get to the control panel (on XP) and select the "language and region" settings, and look in one of the flaps for the option to install asian languages - Japnese is there.

    You might need your XP installation CD.

    Probably similar procedure on 2K
