Can gamegear games working on MD or SMS?

Like gameboy games run on snes through SGB,is there any convertor GG can use?

 

no, they can't work, cuz sms vdp don't have enough colors

yes, thanks for notice, but most probably that it is bad rom, or may be need some extra initialisation by os

PS: rom checks by emulators is absolutely useless. real hardware and emulator is a huge difference
