    Weird. They look kinda like Virtual Boy carts, but they say "for SNES." Maybe they're like an addon for a cheat device, like a Gameshark.

    They are probably like the Street Fighter Zero carts that were on sale in Japan for the Saturn. They plug in to a special control pad. The pad would allow you to do special moves at the touch of a button. I bet these are the same thing.

    Yea I just emailed a guy from one of the Mortal Kombat sites and he told me "those are move carts for the "kintaro pad" for mk3 " I still find them neat 5 bucks is not that bad
