It appears to be an amalgamation of all the statistics connected to a clock, i would imagine its as true/accurate as the statistics that it was produced from. You hear of a person drowning every 12mins or whatever, so every 12mins this clock counts up one on the drowning counter etc.
Don't worry. Periodically there is a huge natural disaster to reset the clock down to a manageable level. We are due something major actually. Then you can increase the risk with the technological progression of mankind and our inbuilt self distruct mechanism. It all works out in the end :lol:
Why does it say World Clock 2008? I think I'll take information from a site called poodwaddle with a pinch of salt.
