I want to make my own Pokemon game, then actually transport it to a Game Cart. I have all the sprites and everything, I just want to know is it's possible.
Yeah, its possible to do that. You would probably be better off coding it for the GBA unless you want to make your game in asm and can find a GBC flashcart. Check out http://www.gbadev.org.
