Can you upgrade Doctor 64 jr.cart to 512mbit?

    I have a 256mbit cart and was wondering if there's spots for more memory.

    Depends if the board has a spot for it. I've never opened one and checked inside. They were just released with two different memory sizes... Then again you'd need another one to do the upgrade.

    I believe the unit uses typical 72-pin SIMM modules, but not sure if it's compatible.

    It's a proprietary length simm looking module.

    It might be possible to just swap the RAM around. Then again it might be more difficult. :/
