The Acclaim version of this game was cancelled when they went bankrupt. It was later picked up by BAM Entertainment and released on PS2 and XBOX. This video is from the ALPHA version of the title, and differs quite a bit from the final for sure. Checkout the thread or YOUTUBE for the video.
This is an alpha of the Acclaim version of Comabt Elite for PS2. It has a lot of rough parts where you can see work in progress, like the programmer voiceovers, the soldier is name "Steve God of Hairdos" You can also kill key NPCS and shell casings come out of the flamethrower. You can also fall through the level if you're not careful until the PS2 crashes. I never played the final version. How different is it from this video? Are you talking about gameplay features or graphical features?
The Otomo short? Assembler; in the video it appears that the "voiceovers" are out of sync with the text. Is that how the actual game is, or is there something wrong with my computer?
