I cannot download anything from marketplace with my demo kit. It doesn't matter what size, whether it's free or not, and doesn't matter what it is (theme,pic,demo,arcade...) it always runs for about 10 seconds (never passing 1%) and gives me a 80070194 error. My box is completely open to the internet (DMZ) and passes all Live and XePartnerNet tests. I have tried using gold and silver tier profiles created from Launcher menu, as well as silver profiles created from retail dash. Additionally I have used 7776, 6995.1, 6534, 5632 recoveries, both retail and XDK flashed. I don't know what else to do or try... any suggestions? :banghead:
Microsoft removed all items off the marketplace some time ago, so only recently uploaded ones on the server will actually exist and will be downloadable. Try Geometry Wars 2, it should work
Awesome, I finally got it working... thanks xenon. Funny thing is I thought that was a possibility and tried downloading what was in the 'recent additions' but came up with the same error. Geometry Wars 2 worked fine though, thanks again, I was worried there was a more serious problem with the box itself.
