Hey there i got a big problem..After getting my xenon dev kit,i was trying to create a new profile,but everytime i made one,it failed...why?? so,the xbox is pnet banned,maybe that is the problem?? i used a recovery cd but after using the cd,i got the same problem again..maybe someone here who can tell me whats wrong??!! thanks:shrug:
If you're trying to make a new account in the launcher, it probably won't work because its trying to make a partnernet account. Have you tried going to the dashboard and making a new profile there?

For offline it must not up to date and xshell aka xna-launcher can also create offline profiles. So if he can't do it there, something is strange.
If you are unable to create offline profiles, are you also unable to write to the hard drive at all? Are you attempting to write to an external MU? Internal MU? You could always create an offline profile on a retail 360 and then resign for dev.
i used that profil from my jtag xbox on the dev kit,but the profile cant be use on my dev kit...:shrug:

I do not see the problem... Also you can/should only convert an offline profile using a con resigner. On that note go to the main dashboard and press guide and click create offline account. If you cannot do this then please specify what it is exactly that you are running into. Make sure your HDD is attached and is enabled in the Xshell, obviously xenon's do not have internal MU's. Sorry if I'm grossly underestimating you by saying to make sure your hdd is formated and enabled but I don't see what the problem is and you haven't explained what is happening that is stopping you from making such a notion ie error messages ect.
Robert, you asked a lot of people at different forums. And all went to --> nobody can understand why this is like it is. So, if you can, please make some video for better understanding.
I'm just going to assume that you can't make or sign in to ANY type of profile, so I ask... Have you tried recovering?
Gamertag or XDK-recover? He can not recover from Pnet because his xdk is banned and he tried also recovering the whole xdk with recovery. For offline profiles, the HDD must not refresh with recovery. For online profiles it's essential, because of updates , that help to sign in (but just at Pnet) edit: The last goal i think, is that your seller has maybe tinkered with kv.bin. So maybe swapping to another kv can solve the problem. But i could be wrong with that and some other guy has the right info.
