Ok so kids who are into getting high do whatever they can to get high so I can see that part. I want know. How does some 50year old guy convince them that the best way for them to sniff gas is by having sex with him. Gas isn't exactly hard to find nor is it expensive,illegal to purchase or require an ID. If you don't spill it couldn't 1 gallon last you for I dunno....forever?

Seems to me that the only time Aborigini people hit the headlines is when they are involved in something illegal. The rest of the time they are happily allowed to rot out there in the desert having been given the rawest deal. It's shameful whatever way you look at it.

Also, the Aborigini shouldn't be, in my view, within the jurisdiction of Australian courts. They have their own ethos and culture and no need for our "fair" justice system - one that sets the legal age of consent much higher than their traditions. In support of this view, it suffices to say that these people lived there long before europeans crashed their island. Who does the white man think he is to "rule" these old lands and these people's age-old culture?
