Cataloging games by Company

I keep trying to find a way to catalog my games as efficently as possible.

save for Anime games and single games from 1 company I have everything cataloged by Company. alphabetizing not yet implemented in this update.....

I can see this getting very messy as my collection gets bigger













and a bonus

 

No offence intended, but I still find it easier to find things in pure alphabetical title order. Having to remember what company made a game first just slows things down in my opinion.

However - as for not splitting by console... no speed advantage in my opinion but I agree that it makes the bookshelf look a bit messier than splitting them up.

How come your DOAX has a different font for the spine? Is it the japanese one?

 

I personally catalog them by system and alphabetical order.
Back then I used to sort them also by style, like FPS on one side and so on, but now it's just pure alphabetical order and system and it works for me.

 

Oh yeah I tried alphabitizing that was a real pain too. I doubt this is going to work either. I have to reorganize every time I get a new game too.

The DOAX is a custom cover I did.

 

to avoid re-organizing, when the games are in alphabetical order, i just leave some space for the new ones.
