Pulled out my old CDX over the weekend and noticed the CD-Rom is very squeaky when changing tracks. Took it apart this morning and noticed there is no grease left on the gears or rail.

Question is, what grease should I use?

    Edit:
Also want to know about the 4 pots that are on the drive board. I noticed that it was having some issue reading one level on my Sonic CD.
