I think the bigger concern is the strangely worded condition: “no power - condition unknown - sold as is with or without any faults” The condition is pretty well known if it doesn't power on, it's broken. I wonder what they are hiding. You'd be better off buying a box of rocks. I bought working CECHA & DECHA cheaper than that.
This is just a retail unit with a test face plate nothing new. He is selling that at an absurd price if it hasn't been tested. Probably worth £20 if it doesn't work. Few weeks ago retail with test plate - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/-/302448659689?
> The condition is pretty well known if it doesn't power on, it's broken. Oh. Gee, you think that might be the reason why the rest of the page page says "FOR PARTS NOT WORKING" four times?
Yes, that is my point. Why do that and then say “no power - condition unknown - sold as is with or without any faults” Seems scammy. Well that cost way more than my DEX, but then CEX can play bluray movies.
