Change Region Of Saturn ISOs

Does anyone know where I can find the little tool that changes the region in a Saturn ISO? Looking for it for ages now.

Hmm, they must have removed them. Thats where everything for "ISO/mp3" piracy originated, they replaced their newbie ISO tools and docs with dev tools/docs.

You can try this one, but you need the .net framework v1.1 prior to using it.
