I'd happened upon a Casio Exilim W53CA. Yet there's no cables with it. Any clue how to charge this? Perhaps there's similar phone mobiles sold in other regions? Here's the Japan official site if it's helpful. http://k-tai.casio.jp/products/w53ca/special/ Picture of the black color version (mine's dual-tone) for reference:
Japanese mobile phones tend to have a generic connector depending on the company the phone is tied too, so you need an KDDI AU charger (The model number you need is 0202PQA), you could probably get someone to visit a 100 yen shop and buy a USB charging cable for some money. (I tend to use USB cables to charge everything as then I only need to carry around a single 100/240V USB charger and 4 or 5 cables...).
If you want. No idea what fair market value on imported cellphones is. The screen also twists 180° (presumably to use as a camera viewfinder?). Neat design. I don't have mobile service, assuming a carrier here would support it. Not minty shape. Still the low res and fingerprints picture of mine doesn't do it justice.
